O’Neill Bali Girls Boardshorts – Review
This past weekend we decided to shoot over to San Diego to enjoy a day at the beach. I purposely did not take any of the women’s board shorts I own because I want to buy a pair of the new O’Neill Bali board shorts.
After paying $35.32 for the shorts…the first thing I noticed was how solid O’Neill made these shorts. The board shorts were very well made as all the stiching was very thick. These shorts are made to take some abuse. I got dressed and noticed that the gilrs board shorts road right on my hips which was nice. They are also not form fitting, so if your like me and a little plump, they will not restrict your movement. These particular pair of shorts were quite comfortable over my swimsuit bottom. I think a lot of how they fit well had to do with the way they sit on my hips.
Just like most of the girls board shorts I own, these Bali shorts are made with a Dynasuede fabric. For the ultimate in drying times — you cannot beat Dynasuede. It’s also very smooth on the skin making them very comfortable. This fabric is also nice as when the board shorts are wet they will not stick to your skin in essence giving you a free flowing feeling. As for the clasp…nothing fancy. Your typical Velcro closure with a eyelet pull string for a added snug feeling.
We had a great day at the beach and I must say that these shorts are extremely comfortable.
